Driftwood Appoints Corporate Trainer

MARCH 13, 2007. Driftwood Hospitality Management, an independent hospitality management and development company, has appointed Harold Cook as corporate trainer, spearheading their new customer service initiative. He will focus on customer service training, working with staff from each property to improve skills that impact guest satisfaction and enhance overall experiences.

Mr. Cook boasts more than 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Driftwood, he was a National Account Manager at Signature Worldwide Inc. There he was responsible for more than 60 large accounts totaling $2.5 million in annual revenue. Harold received a Bachelors of Science degree in Hospitality Management from National College, South Dakota. In addition, he assisted in the development of hotel management programs offered at Travel University in San Diego.
