ROK Builders Begin Full Renovation of Residence Inn Fayetteville Cross Creek

New “Possibilities” brand standards and wall-to-wall improvements will be completed in February

WILTON, NH - November 20, 2013 - ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, has been retained by Apple REIT Eight to remodel and update their Residence Inn Fayetteville Cross Creek in Fayetteville, NC. The organization will implement Residence Inn's new brand standards named “Possibilities” into the Hotel's 92 suites, lobby, meeting space, corridors and public spaces. The project began on November 1st and will be completed in mid-February 2014.

Renovations to the Residence Inn Fayetteville Cross Creek are designed to better support extended-stay guests with a room design that offers living spaces that are more reflective of their lifestyles at home. ROK Builders will install a flexible wall into each suite that separates the room into zones. The newly renovated suites will feature a spacious bathroom and more efficient kitchen with a full size refrigerator and stainless steel appliances. A larger desk will also be installed to provide guests with a more functional work area. New furniture, decor, lighting, fixtures and carpet will also be incorporated.

In addition, ROK Builders will re-design the Hotel's public spaces to aid in guest's relaxation during their stay. The new lobby will be transformed into a multi-functional living space with a modern living room and stylish lounge. Private “nooks” with personal high-definition flat screen televisions will be added to provide a work area for guests outside of the suites. ROK Builders will also update the property's 625 foot square meeting room.
