New York, New York - October 22, 2013 - The 95-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in downtown Manhattan is scheduled to open later this month. Located at 95 Henry Street, the Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Manhattan/Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by United Construction and Development Corporation and managed by Urgo Hotels and Resorts.
Located in the heart of downtown and centrally located between Chinatown and the Lower East Side, the hotel offers guests convenient access to the Statue of Liberty, Times Square and World Trade Center Memorial/Freedom Tower.
