GSTAAD, Switzerland - September 26, 2013 - Gault Millau Swiss and its sponsor Carl F. Bucherer have named The Alpina Gstaad “Hotel of the Year 2013.” This award acknowledges the outstanding service as well as the world-class gastronomy at the new hotel.

The Alpina Gstaad also features the first European outpost of the celebrated MEGU restaurant and houses two other restaurants - Restaurant Sommet and Swiss Stübli - all led by noted Executive Chef Marcus G. Lindner.
