. September 18, 2013

Arlington, TX - September 18, 2013 - Brian DePalma, President & CEO of DePalma Hotel Corporation announced today the recent addition of four hotels to the DePalma portfolio. "While we continue to maintain contracts around the United States, our core pipeline of managed properties continues to be in the south-central US as well as in the mid-Atlantic" said DePalma.

The three Texas properties are scattered throughout the Lone Star state from the Four Points Sheraton on the beach in Galveston, to the Staybridge Suites located just minutes from downtown Dallas. "We're thrilled to be working with both Starwood and IHG once again", noted Bob Lepore, Senior Vice President, Development, for DePalma. "Both of these hotels are in prime locations and offer tremendous opportunities for improved sales and marketing."

The Lincoln Residences Suites Hotel is an apartment conversion in the historic Abraham Lincoln Hotel complex in Reading, PA. The building, originally built in 1930, is currently split between hotel, apartments, retail and commercial space. Renovations underway will create a separate all-suites hotel adjacent to the existing Abraham Lincoln Hotel. It's very exciting to work with a property with such an extensive history in the region" said Joseph DePalma, Sr, Chairman & Founder of DePalma Hotels.
