Hotel Muse Bangkok Embraces Australia's Next Top Model Contestants on their Surprise Visit to Bangkok

. July 17, 2013

July 17, 2013 - Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan, member of the MGallery Collection, welcomed 15 models who are competing in this season of Australia's Next Top Model on their surprise visit to Bangkok. Accompanied by judges Charlotte Dawson and Didier Cohen, the troupe of 15 young and aspiring models from Australia arrived late in the evening at Hotel Muse Bangkok in the leafy, swanky Langsuan area of Bangkok, with no idea what to expect of the hotel, other than that it belongs to Accor's MGallery Collection of unique hotels.

Models are known mostly for their love of all things beautiful, from high fashion, accessories, scents, hair and makeup products, to clothes and shoes - and of course they love to travel and stay in style. Aspiring to become Australia's next top model, the girls were chaperoned by the production team members and welcomed to their sophisticated “home away from home” by General Manager Nicolas Peth as they explored their way through the lobby. In the rooms were welcoming teddy bears on luscious beds in graciously designed rooms that assured a great rest in between the hectic schedule of shooting around the “City of Angels” for the week.

General Manager Nicolas Peth explains the concept of the hotel, “Hotel Muse Bangkok is truly a cosmopolitan boutique hotel. The hotel's style is a perfect blend of European sophistication with architectural and interior arts and design from the era of Thailand's King Rama V (1868-1910). Rising high above one of the city's most prominent residential lifestyle districts in the centre of the city, Hotel Muse Bangkok is inspired by the 'Golden Age of Travel' and entices guests who appreciate a new type of accommodation that features the most opulent arts and design.”

In between shoots, the models were able to work out in the hotel's gym, relax in the roof top pool, and enjoy the extravagant culinary experiences at Medici Italian restaurant, Su Tha Ros for classic Thai specialties, and The Speakeasy rooftop bar where the girls had a sneaky “girl's night in at the end of their stay.

“It was an honour being selected as the sole accommodation in Bangkok for the models and the production team. We ensured that they had a comfortable and happy stay with us and hope that more people will discover Hotel Muse Bangkok as the perfect place to stay in Bangkok, offering glamour, style and beautiful elegance to all its guests,” said Mr Peth.
