Suncadia Names Casey McManus as Executive Chef

Roslyn, WA - July 1, 2013 - Suncadia, a year-round mountain resort community located 80 miles east of Seattle, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Casey McManus as executive chef. In his new position, McManus will be responsible for directing and overseeing all foodservice operations throughout the property including the main dining rooms, specialty restaurants, room service and banquets and catering.

McManus brings more than 30 years of experience to his role at Suncadia as the new executive chef. Most recently, McManus was district chef at Microsoft's Eurest Dining Services in Redmond, Wash. McManus has also worked in a number of culinary and hospitality roles in Seattle including his positions as the executive chef and general manager for the BluWater Bistro, sous chef at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel and a variety of roles at the Four Seasons Olympic Hotel. McManus, a Seattle native, received his accreditation in culinary arts from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Ore.
