Grand Pacific Resorts Hosts Annual Christel House Golf Tournament
CARLSBAD, CA - June 10, 2013 - Grand Pacific Resorts, one of the oldest and largest vacation ownership companies based in California, will host The RCI Christel House Open on Monday, June 10 at Shadowridge Country Club in Vista, California.
The 11th Annual International Charity Golf Tournament takes place at 14 golf courses spanning three continents. Over 1,500 golfers are expected to participate, of which Shadowridge is the sole West Coast location.
These tournaments raise funds for Christel House, a non-profit network of “learning centers” that transform the lives of more than 3,800 children around the world, by breaking the cycle of poverty, empowering them to realize their hopes and dreams and become self-sufficient contributing members of society. Christel Houses are located in India, Mexico, South Africa, Serbia, Venezuela and the Indianapolis.
