Extended Stay America Appoints Victoria Plummer to EVP of Operations
CHARLOTTE, NC - February 7, 2013 - Extended Stay America announces the recent appointment of Victoria Plummer as Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing the entire portfolio of nearly 700 Extended Stay America locations in the U.S. and Canada. In this role, she will provide overall direction and guidance to operational activities, with the objective of improving processes to maximize growth and profitability, and achieve guest satisfaction.
Plummer brings more than 18 years of experience to the position and has been a valuable piece of the Extended Stay Hotels family since 1998. She served most recently as Executive Vice President of Operations for the Western Division, overseeing 161 properties from Alaska to Arizona since 2007. As Regional Director of Operations from 2000-2007 for three Extended Stay Hotels' brands in 23 locations, Victoria led continual improvements in guest service, quality control, sales and financial performance.

Plummer is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration. She resides in Kirkland, Wash. with her family.
