Richland, Washington - January 23, 2013 - The 90-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Richland, Washington is scheduled to open on Thursday, January 31, 2013. Located at 591 Columbia Point Drive, the TownePlace Suites Richland Columbia Point will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by InterMountain Management of Monroe, Louisiana.
Located on the Columbia River, ten miles from the Tri-Cities Airport and just minutes from downtown, the hotel offers guests convenient access to numerous golf courses and is within an hour drive of more than 160 wineries. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
