SCOTTSDALE, AZ, - January 8, 2013 - Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, Inc. and Global Hospitality Resources, Inc. are pleased to announce the sale of the Kona Kai Resort in San Diego, CA by Atlas-Kona Kai, LLC to Westgroup Kona Kai, LLC.
The buyer presently owns the Kona Kai Marina and will make multi-million dollar improvements to the hotel and marina. Snyder Nationwide Real Estate represented the buyer, and Global Hospitality Resources, Inc. represented the seller.
The 129-room waterfront resort hotel and conference center is comprised of low-rise, garden-style buildings and offers an unparalleled location at the entrance to San Diego Harbor--certainly the most distinct and prominent location for a hotel and marina in the City.
