Toronto, ON - (January 8th, 2013 - On February 8th, 2013 Paul Verciglio, General Manager of Park Hyatt Toronto will be retiring.

Beginning his hospitality career as a bus person 52 years ago, Mr. Verciglio dedicated his entire career to the hospitality industry and has spent the past 24 years with Hyatt Hotels. He has successfully led award-winning Park Hyatt Toronto & Stillwater Spa from inception to present day while solidifying their presence both locally and globally. In true form, when the cultivator of excellence that he is, decided to convert an empty space into an urban spa, he was determined that Stillwater Spa would set the stage both in design and service delivery.

His impact on the industry and significant contributions extend beyond the comfort of the Park Hyatt Toronto. Whether mentoring young minds or coaching industry professionals his infectious passion and commitment to excellence has made him well respected in the hospitality industry. Most recently he was awarded Hotelier of The Year for Canada and General Manager of the Year for Hyatt Hotels.
