Scot Hamilton Appointed VP of Marketing For Noble House Hotels & Resorts

SEATTLE, WA - December 17, 2012 - Noble House Hotels & Resorts, a collection of luxury hotels and resorts, announces the appointment of a new corporate executive, Scot Hamilton , as vice president of marketing. Hamilton is a notable influencer in the hospitality industry and has made significant accomplishments throughout his 30-year hospitality career, as well as during his previous tenure with Noble House at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort. Hamilton's responsibilities in his new position as vice president of marketing include strategic planning and development of public relations and social media, website management and oversight of marketing functions for the brand's 16 properties.

With more than 30 years of hospitality experience, Hamilton achieved great success, including implementation of strategic sales, infrastructure and marketing plans at his previous tenures, each resulting in aggressive revenue growth. Hamilton was most recently director of sales and marketing since 2005 at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, one of Noble House Hotels & Resorts' premier properties, where he contributed to the achievement of notable awards, such as the Conde Nast Traveler Gold List, Conde Nast Traveler Reader's Choice, Travel + Leisure's T+L 500 and Conde Nast Traveler Top Golf Resorts as No. 1 in Florida. Prior to his position at LaPlaya, he was vice president of sales & marketing for the Procaccianti Group, and vice president of sales for the luxury independent hotels of Interstate Hotels & Resorts. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors.
