ERIE, PA - November 9, 2012 - American Resort Management, LLC today announced that it has been retained as the professional management company for the new . The Maui Sands Hotel, which was purchased in early 2012 by Sun Development Inc, opened 136 rooms several months ago after renovations were completed. The Water Park and an additional 100 rooms are slated to open by early 2013.

Maui Sands Hotel & Resort, a Hawaiian themed property is completing a renovation and when done, will features 300 newly renovated deluxe guest rooms and family suites with tropical themed furnishings, a video arcade, fitness center, business center, meeting space and a full bar, along with a complimentary breakfast each morning. In early 2013, the resort will open an indoor water park featuring over 45,000 sq. ft. of family friendly aquatic attractions; featuring a giant bowl slide, three additional tube and body slides, an action river, multiple pool areas and a multi-level play structure. Additional, a full service restaurant will open along with the water park. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Sandusky, just minutes from Cedar Point Amusement Park and the perfect hub for leisure tourism with the myriad of Sandusky attractions nearby, including Lake Erie, Put N Bay, and local wineries.
