August 2, 2012 - The Marti Group launched its first city address with Marti Istanbul Hotel, a new 5-star property set in the cultural and commercial heart of Istanbul.
Fashioned by internationally acclaimed designer Zeynep Fadillioglu, the glamorous 11-story, 270-room hotel is arrayed with contemporary attributes, striking artwork and exclusive touches that reflect the heritage of the surrounding city. The hotel opened all guest rooms on July 15 and will debut all public spaces in late September.

Turkish designer Zeynep Fadillioglu was a keen choice for styling Marti Istanbul Hotel. The hotel's striking Atrium lobby is drenched in natural light and arrayed with sparkling chandeliers, a winding staircase and wall panel mirrors. Art plays a major role throughout the hotel, as Fadilloglu worked closely with a team of Turkish artists to create hand-painted wall designs. One distinctive piece is the water-themed projection installation by Kutlug Ataman, a Turkish Carnegie prizewinner.
Spacious guest rooms are designed to the highest international standards and dressed with striking purple and blue palettes. All accommodations feature contemporary in-room technologies, including a 42-inch flat screen television, an iPod docking station and Internet access. The majority of guest rooms also feature marble and glass enclosed bathrooms with separate rainforest showers. Suite guests enjoy lavish hammam-style basins surrounded by richly textured mosaics.
The premium guest room is the Regal Suite on the 10th floor of the hotel.
