Crestline Appoints T. Steele Edwards, Jr. GM
SEPTEMBER 12, 2006. Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of T. Steele Edwards, Jr. as General Manager for the Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort near Cumberland, MD. This unique resort sits on the shore of a pristine 243-acre lake in a beautiful forested area and boasts Maryland's only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
Mr. Edwards brings more than 30 years of hospitality management experience to his new role. He joins Crestline from MDM International where he last served as general manager for the Whitetail Club & Resort in McCall, ID. During his 13 year tenure with MDM International, he also served as general manager for the Makaha Resort and Golf Club in Hawaii, the MDM International in Phoenix, the Cape Coral Golf & Tennis Resort & County Club in Cape Coral, FL, the French Lick Springs Golf & Spa Resort in French Lick, IN, and the Warner Center Hilton Hotel in Woodland Hills, CA. In addition, Mr. Edwards previously held management positions at the Peabody Hotel in Orlando, FL and The Pointe at Squaw Peak Resort & Spa in Phoenix.

Mr. Edwards attended Montgomery College in Takoma Park, MD and Strayer University in Washington, DC. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator, a designation earned from the Hotel & Lodging Association. He has served as a Director for the Convention and Visitors Bureaus in Anaheim, CA and Mobile, AL.
