LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS - May 18, 2012 - Beechwood Hospitality, LLC, a division of Goff & Associates, announced the appointment of Debbie Esposito to General Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn Bentonville, AR. The 133 room focused service hotel property is conveniently located just minutes from the Wal-Mart Home Office Headquarters; in the heart of the thriving North West Arkansas suburb. Ms. Esposito brings over 12 years experience in hospitality management as well as a strong knowledge of the Hilton Brand family of products. The 2007 recipient of the Vision Hospitality Group - Espirit de Corps Award for her service excellence and dedication is also a proud member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Her personal management philosophy is strongly focused on Guest Service Excellence. The former Director of Public Relations & Communications for Chattanooga based, Vision Hospitality Group, Inc., some of her responsibilities included: multi-unit corporate operations management, new hotel openings, management systems training and development, and all media related corporate communications for the portfolio of seventeen hotels. A true “team builder” and experienced “turnaround professional” (or bench General Manager); she has trained in all Brand specific property management and operations systems including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt and Choice.
A Georgia native, and Arts Major at Gainesville State College, “southern hospitality is just second nature to me,” says Ms. Esposito, who is right at home in this beautiful NW Arkansas community. Her positive attitude along with her relentless dedication and personal drive has afforded her high regard within the hospitality industry and among her peers.
