WAIKIKI BEACH, Hawaii - May 8, 2012 - Aqua Hotels & Resorts (www.aquaresorts.com) is pleased to announce recent sales and marketing appointments.

• John Dailey , Director of Sales - Domestic & International
  Most recently, John was Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilo Hattie's, responsible for overseeing all market segments. He has over fifteen years of sales experience which includes management positions at Outrigger Hotels, Kona Surf and Pacific Beach Hotel.
  
  Born and raised in Okinawa, John was educated at the University of Maryland Asia Pacific and is bi-lingual in English and Japanese. He is located at the Home Office and can be reached at [email protected]

• Christopher Ching , Marketing Coordinator - Offline Marketing
  Chris assists and coordinates traditional offline marketing initiatives including public relations, print advertising, promotions, sponsorships and partnerships.
  
  An Iolani School graduate, Chris received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in Marketing (advertising & promotions strategy, product & brand management). He can be reached [email protected].

• Napua Leong , Online Marketing Manager
  Napua was promoted from Online Marketing Coordinator to Online Marketing Manager. In this new position, Napua manages online marketing initiatives and content for the Aqua and stand alone property websites.
  
  Prior to joining Aqua, Napua was a multimedia consultant developing strategic and creative communications in various media for clients. She also worked at Starwood as regional communications coordinator.

• Lacianne Terry , Contract Sales Manager
  In this position, Laci is responsible for overseeing all wholesale and group contracting within Aqua as well as providing additional sales support for Aqua's Home Office.
  
  Laci comes to Aqua from the Pacific Beach Hotel where she was Sales Manager for the Domestic and International markets. She also worked in the Contracting department for Hilton Hotels Corporation and in the Honolulu office for Fun Sun Vacations (Canadian wholesaler).
  
  Laci graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a B.B.A in Business Management with a minor in Speech Communications. She can be reached at [email protected].

• Angela Byun , Director of Reservations
  Angela has been promoted to Director of Reservations for Aqua's central reservations department. She has done an incredible job working with her team to not only provide prompt and courteous service to prospective guests, but increase revenue to Aqua overall. Angela continues to oversee the entire department as well as provide reservations training to front desk and reservation staff at all Aqua properties.
  
  Most recently, Angela was Reservations Manager. Prior to joining Aqua, Angela was Front Office Manager and Director of Housekeeping at Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay. She has also held management positions at the Four Seasons Hotel New York and Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.
