Glenwood Springs, CO - April 25, 2012 - Resort Trends, Inc., owned by Vicky Nash, was named the Bosco Tourism Business of the Year by the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association at its annual Awards Gala held on April 17, 2012.

Resort Trends, Inc., a communications firm specializing in travel and tourism promotion, has represented over 30 destinations, resorts, attractions, hotels and tourism organizations throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Longtime clients include Glenwood Hot Springs and Glenwood Springs Tourism.

Resort Trends, Inc. owner, Vicky Nash earned her master's degree from the University of Colorado's Tourism and Resort Planning program. In her 30 years of experience, she has established long-term relationships with clients and influenced many national and international media outlets resulting in hundreds of story placements and television productions.

The Bosco Tourism Business of the Year award was established by the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association and honors the contributions of the Bosco family to the local, regional and statewide tourism community. Hank Bosco is in his late 80s and continues to be active in his role as President of Glenwood Hot Springs. Past recipients of the Bosco Tourism Business of the Year have included Spa of the Rockies, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, Yampah Spa and Vapor Caves, and Glenwood Canyon Resort.

Resort Trends, Inc. was also recognized as a Top Brass Award recipient, in celebration of its tenth anniversary in 2011. In 2001, Nash's first client was Glenwood Hot Springs, a client that she continues to serve, promoting the town's hot springs attraction and the award-winning Spa of the Rockies.
