ROK Builders Complete Renovation Projects In Portsmouth & Andover
Organization oversaw major upgrades to Sheraton Harborside Hotel & SpringHill Suites by Marriot
WILTON, NH - April 11, 2012 - ROK Builders, LLC, the wholly owned hotel construction management subsidiary of
Roedel Companies, LLC, recently completed remodeling and renovation projects at the Sheraton
Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth, NH and SpringHill Suites by Marriot in Andover, MA. The company
upgraded tired corridors and public areas to better serve hotel guests at both properties.
Located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, the Sheraton Harborside Hotel is a popular choice for visitors in the area due to its close proximity to Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth and the Maine border. ROK Builders incorporated Sheraton Hotels and Resorts' new brand standards throughout the property. ROK Builders also managed a complete makeover of the lobby and all public bathrooms that included updating fixtures, decor and furniture.
The SpringHill Suites by Marriot in Andover is located just 25 miles north of Boston and is a popular preference for guests visiting the area. ROK Builders upgraded the entire interior including the lobby, guestrooms, corridors and public spaces.
