Kevin Robinson Becomes GM of The Langham, Chicago in Illinois

To Oversee the mid-2013 Opening of the 316-room Hotel

March 16, 2012 - Langham Hospitality Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Robinson as general manager of The Langham, Chicago. Kevin, age 36, will oversee the mid-2013 opening of the 316-room hotel, located in one of the city's most famous downtown riverfront landmarks - a Mies van der Rohe-designed building located at 330 North Wabash Avenue.

Most recently, Kevin was the general manager and chief operating officer (COO) of Elysian Hotels and Resorts.

Kevin's career has seen him enjoy senior roles with luxury operators in North Africa, the Caribbean as well as the United States. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Denver, Daniel's College of Business and is actively involved with his community as well as the University of Denver Alumni Club. Kevin and his wife, Micaiah, reside in Lake Forest with their three children Collin, Emily and Ashlynn.

The Langham, Chicago, located in the heart of downtown Chicago at 330 North Wabash Avenue, will be housed in the 52-story IBM building.
