Unlike most other conference centers, the Aspen Wye River Conference Center is a private retreat available for use only by groups, conferences, or special events. The facility has two mansions available: the Houghton House, a stately Georgian mansion and the River House, a contemporary estate right on the Wye River. Each of the buildings features meeting space, dining areas, overnight accommodations for meeting attendees, and recreational areas. Aspen Wye River Conference Center offers a total of 7,440 square feet of event space able to accommodate a group of up to 120 people theater style or 100 for a banquet.
