The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort Announces New Hotel Manager
KIAWAH ISLAND, SC - January 10, 2012 - Kiawah Island Golf Resort today announced the promotion of Bill Lacey to Hotel Manager of The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, the resort's Forbes Five Star/AAA Five Diamond oceanfront hotel and spa. Mr. Lacey will oversee all aspects of the hotel including Rooms.
With more than 25 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, Lacey has worked at prestigious hotels such as The Ritz-Carlton Boston, Vail Cascade Resort & Spa, and the Four Seasons in Miami, Atlanta, & Aviara. An Oxford Brooks University graduate, Lacey began his employment with Kiawah Island Golf Resort in January of 2004 as part of The Sanctuary's pre-opening team. He started his tenure at The Sanctuary as the Rooms Division Manager and was then promoted to the position of Executive Assistant Manager, which he has held for the past 4 years.
