Crowne Plaza Hotel Magnificent Mile Chicago Receives Two Awards for Outstanding Service
Driftwood-Owned and Operated Property Receives 2011 IHG “Best of the Best Guest Service Manager of the Year” and “Torchbearer Award”
North Palm Beach, FL - November 17, 2011 - Driftwood Hospitality Management, a leader in providing solutions-based services to the domestic and international hotel industry, today announced that the Avenue Crowne Plaza Hotel Magnificent Mile Chicago has received two prestigious awards from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). During IHG's 2011 Americas Investors & Leadership Conference in Las Vegas this October, the hotel - which Driftwood acquired in 2007 and currently manages - received the “Torchbearer Award.” Guest service manager Jael Rafuse-Scott was also presented with the “Best of the Best Guest Service Manager of the Year Award.”
