Aimbridge Hospitality Tapped to Manage the Embassy Suites Dallas Market Center Hotel

Leading hotel Management Company will operate the popular Dallas hotel

DALLAS, TEXAS - November 16, 2011 - Aimbridge Hospitality announced today that it has been engaged to manage the Embassy Suites Dallas Market Center Hotel, located in Dallas, Texas. The 248-room hotel features 5,000 square feet of meeting space, and is centrally located in the heart of Dallas, just minutes away from Downtown, Love Field Airport, American Airlines Center and the Dallas Arts District.

The hotel was recently purchased by a partnership including Five Star Realty Partners, Prospect Street Hotel Partners and an institutional partner. The ownership group plans an extensive $7 million renovation of all areas of the hotel that includes updating the guest suites and all meeting and public spaces, with anticipated completion in the early summer of 2012. The renovation will expand the meeting space from 3,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet and improve the hotel's exterior, lobby, restaurant, atrium and pool to ensure that the hotel continues providing the best service, amenities and experience for guests.

According to Dave Johnson, President and CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality, the Embassy Suites Dallas Market Center Hotel will continue to operate under the Embassy Suites brand.
