Hotel Equities Assumes Management of 83-room Fairfield Inn in Clearwater

Atlanta, GA - November 1, 2011 - Inn hotel at 3211 Executive Drive, Clearwater, Florida. Located just north of I-275 at the gateway to the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, the hotel is the third property in the greater Tampa area for Hotel Equities.*
CDE Hotel Properties, LLC owns the Fairfield Inn-St. Petersburg-Clearwater. Investors include Don Elias, Terri Elias and Clark East. Catherine Carter serves as the General Manager.
