BEVERLY HILLS, CA, January 30, 2007. Hilton Hotels (NYSE:HLT) announced the opening of the newly converted 388-room Hilton Fort Lauderdale Airport. The property is operated by a Fort Lauderdale owner, under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., a franchising subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation. The hotel is owned and managed by Columbia Sussex Corporation.
