Marissa Yaki-Peplinski Named Director of Rooms at Arizona Biltmore
PHOENIX, Az - April 29, 2011 - The Arizona Biltmore has promoted Marissa Yaki-Peplinski , who has been part of the Arizona Biltmore management team for seven years, to the position of director of rooms division.
In her new position, Ms. Yaki-Peplinsky has assumed direct responsibility for the operations of the Housekeeping, Laundry, Front Office and Guest Services departments. In addition, she has become part of the Arizona Biltmore's Executive Committee, the senior management group that oversees all aspects of the resort.
She joined the Arizona Biltmore team in 2004 as Assistant Front Office Director overseeing the Villa Rentals and Front Office. Previous to the Biltmore, Ms. Yaki-Peplinski served as Front Desk Manager at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.
