Hotel AG Represents Forsyth Inns in Sale of Holiday Inn Express
ATLANTA, GA - July 6, 2010 - Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today that the firm negotiated the sale of the Holiday Inn Express located in Forsyth, Georgia on behalf of Forsyth Inns, Inc. The 121-room property sold to Sairam Hotels, LLC for an undisclosed amount.
Tom Huegel, vice president of Hotel AG stated, “This transaction took a lot of cooperation between the buyer, seller, lender and the brand and involved a new USDA loan that was coordinated through the current lender.”
The four-story, interior corridor Holiday Inn Express is located directly off Interstate 75, approximately 60 miles south of Atlanta.
