PORT HADLOCK, WA, August 7, 2006. Richard E. Takach, president and CEO of Northwest Hospitality Group, LLC, today announced the grand opening of the newly renovated Port Hadlock, Wash. property, The Inn at Port Hadlock.

The boutique hotel, located at 310 Hadlock Bay Road, is established on the southern shore of Port Townsend Bay, just north of Seattle. The Inn's recent, complete renovation comprises 46 guestrooms, a full-service restaurant with waterview dining, and executive meeting rooms. Many of the property's uniquely decorated guest rooms overlook the Bay and Port Hadlock Marina, arguably the most spectacular waterviews on the Peninsula. Each waterview room features a fireplace, and suites feature large whirl-jet tubs. Additional amenities include kitchen facilities, personal voice mail, wireless high-speed Internet and on-premises DVD rentals.

Additionally, the Inn offers more than 5000 square feet of meeting space not including outdoor areas for picnics and barbecues. Executive meeting rooms are well-appointed, comfortable and fully wired, with a variety of A/V equipment, including high-speed Internet access.

The Inn is home to the Art Mine, a gallery exhibiting works of fine art and craft made by artists of national and regional reputation, and offering an artist studio program to further the development and success of the visual arts and crafts in the Olympic Peninsula. The gallery also maintains a large inventory of artwork in all media from its client roster.

The hotel is owned by Northwest Hospitality Group investment partner Paul Christensen. Northwest Hospitality Group, LLC was awarded the management contract for the property in December 2004.

Commenting on the grand opening, Takach said, "It is our pleasure to have supported the grand opening of this unique property, now more stylish and scenic than ever. The Inn at Padlock is one of many quality hotels under management in Northwest's growing portfolio, and we are confident we will see it emerge as a hotel of choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Port Hadlock."
