Michael R. McMahon New GM at Ritz-Carlton, Naples, FL

NAPLES, FL, December 15, 2006. Edward V. Staros, Vice President and Managing Director of The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples, announced that Michael R. McMahon has been promoted to general manager at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples. Previously, Mr. McMahon was hotel manager at the property. He has been with The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples since April 2002 and formerly served as director of sales and marketing for the resorts.

As general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples, Mr. McMahon will be responsible for leading all areas of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and owner relations.

Mr. McMahon's hotel and resort background includes extensive sales and marketing experience in Florida, the Caribbean, Hawaii, California and Georgia. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from California State University.
