"Dennis shares our passion for perfection and our dedication to our guests," said Ann Fitzpatrick Brown upon announcing the new appointment. "Operating year-round provides us with a wonderful opportunity to discover new ways of enjoying this remarkable setting in the fall and winter months. We are thrilled to have Dennis' expertise and energy as Blantyre embarks on an exciting new era in our history. We know Dennis will carry forward the tradition of excellence so fundamental to my family."

Commenting on his new responsibilities, Mr Barquinero said, "I am thrilled that my return to the Berkshires is at Blantyre, regarded by so many as the premier luxury property of the region, and I am excited by all the new things happening here. I look forward to working closely with Ann Fitzpatrick Brown to extend and expand Blantyre's unparalleled reputation for providing the ultimate in guest services."
