BEVERLY HILLS, CA, January 5, 2009 - The Hilton Garden Inn Ames is operated by Chelan Daybreak, LLC under a license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation and managed by Cyclone Holdings, LLC.

Hilton Garden Inn(R), the award-winning mid-priced brand, today announced the opening of the 112-room Hilton Garden Inn(R) Ames in Ames, Iowa which represents the latest addition to the brand's growing portfolio of more than 400 Hilton Garden Inn locations across North America, Europe and Central America.

The Hilton Garden Inn Ames is owned by Cyclone Holdings, LLC under a license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation and managed by Pyramid Hospitality and Development, LLC.

'The Hilton Garden Inn Ames is the ideal upscale mid-priced lodging option that offers all the amenities travelers need and want whether on the road for business or leisure,' said Adrian Kurre, senior vice president - brand management, Hilton Garden Inn.

The Hilton Garden Inn Ames is offers 112 guestrooms that feature the Garden Sleep System(R) bed which enables guests to adjust the firmness or softness of the bed, ergonomic Mirra(R) chair by Herman Miller, complimentary wired and WiFi Internet access in guestrooms and public space, remote printing to the hotel's complimentary 24-hour business center, full service restaurant serving freshly cooked-to-order breakfast, lunch and dinner and evening room service, the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry(R) convenience market featuring a variety of snack options, microwaveable meals, a selection of beverage options and sundries, a signature glass-walled pavilion housing the reception desk, a comfortable lounge area with a television and fireplace, two meeting rooms offering 2,300 square feet of flexible space and an on-site guest laundry facility.

Guest room accommodations and features include: the Garden Sleep System(R) bed, high definition flat screen television, clock that allows guests to play their portable CD or MP3 player, a 'hospitality center' that features a mini fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker, a sitting area with an easy chair and ottoman, a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board.
