Finch joins The Blue with over 20 years of experience in hotel marketing. Most recently, he served as the director of sales and marketing for The Shores Resort & Spa where all marketing activities were handled under his direction. He also brings more than five years experience from Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo as the director of sales and marketing and Wyndham's Key West Resorts where he served as the associate director of sales.
