Manfred Pieper Named GM of the Conrad Bangkok

AUGUST 11, 2008. Conrad Hotels & Resorts, the global contemporary luxury hotel Brand, today welcomes Manfred Pieper as the new General Manager of the Conrad Bangkok. Manfred will be responsible for the overall operations of the hotel and the Conrad Bangkok Residences, ensuring they remain a top choice amongst business and leisure travellers in the region.

Manfred has extensive experience in hotel management and his career with Hilton Hotels Corporation in Asia Pacific spans 20 years. Prior to his new role at the Conrad Bangkok, Manfred was the General Manager of the Hilton Guam Resort & Spa and the Hilton Tokyo. He has also held the position of Vice President, Japan, East Asia and Micronesia, looking after twelve Hilton International properties, including the Hilton Bangkok. Manfred replaces former General Manager, Greg Meadows.
