HITEC Searches for Education Topics for 2009 Conference
AUGUST 11, 2008. Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP(R)) and the 2009 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC (R)) Advisory Council are seeking education topic proposals for HITEC 2009. The topic proposal deadline is August 27, 2008. HITEC, produced by HFTP, is June 22-25, 2009 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif. USA.
"Each year the HITEC Advisory Council strives to organize a conference that addresses industry topics that are on the forefront of professionals' minds," said 2009 HITEC Advisory Chair Scot Campbell, vice president of business solutions for CityCenter MGM Mirage Inc. "HITEC's education program is a great way for professionals to learn about and discuss important industry issues. Anyone that has a hospitality technology issue they'd like to present is encouraged to submit a proposal."
Those that have a topic that explores new issues and practical solutions that meet the needs of hospitality technology professionals are encouraged to submit a proposal. Guidelines and submission forms are available on HFTP's web site. After November 8, 2008, HFTP will notify those chosen by the HITEC Advisory Council.
