ATLANTA, GA, August 4, 2008. Hotel Assets Group, LLC known as "Hotel A.G." announces today that it has closed the transaction for the 105 room Hilton Garden Inn located at the Savannah International Airport Savannah, Georgia. Hotel AG has seven alliance offices located in South Florida, Baltimore, Washington, Memphis, Louisville, Los Angeles and the greater Boston region.
The seller was Crossroads Hospitality headquartered in Statesboro, Georgia and the buyer was Apple REIT headquartered in Richmond Virginia. The property will be managed by Newport Hospitality on a going forward basis.
