The 3 Palms brand, announced in March, is a group of established upscale independent and condo-hotel properties which are located primarily in resort destinations and are rated three-diamond AAA or higher.

"These properties have come together to operate as a powerful new hotel brand for the benefit of owners and travelers alike," explained Doug Collins, chairman and CEO of Atlanta-based America's Best Franchising Incorporated, which also operates two of the country's leading upper economy hotel brands - America's Best Inns & Suites and Country Hearth Inns & Suites.

Benefits of the 3 Palms brand for owners include sophisticated internet marketing services, aggressive brand support, and a simple, affordable fee structure of $25 per unit per month plus 7% of gross reservation revenues delivered.

Benefits of the brand for travelers include attractive rates for dependable accommodations at full-service resort destinations which feature modern amenities and luxurious furnishings.

Services for affiliated properties are provided by a joint venture partnership of two proven hospitality companies:

o America's Best Franchising Incorporated of Atlanta, which operates more than 200 affiliated properties under the 3 Palms Hotels & Resorts, the America's Best Inns & Suites, and the Country Hearth Inns & Suites brands

o Hotel Condo Services LLC of Orlando, which provides comprehensive development and management services for condominium, mixed-use and time-share properties.

"Three additional properties are expected to join the 3 Palms group within 60 days," added Collins. "Some properties joining us will re-brand using the 3 Palms name, while others will retain their current name and add a tagline describing the property as a 3 Palms hotel."
