SAN FRANCISCO, CA, September 30, 2005. On behalf of the joint venture ownership group of the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been selected to exclusively market for sale the 277-room property, situated in the heart of downtown San Francisco. The hotel opened in 2001 as part of a mixed-use development that includes the hotel, the sold-out Four Seasons Residences, the 100,000-square-foot Sports Club/LA and retail space that front both Market Street and Yerba Buena Lane. Hotel guests have access to the 11,000+ square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space, Seasons Restaurant, Splash Spa and Joseph Cozza Salon.

"The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is the grandest hotel in one of the greatest cities in the world. Its unparalleled rooms place it at the top of the luxury market in San Francisco. The Four Seasons affiliation, as well as the availability of Sports Club/LA, the premier fitness facility in San Francisco, means that this hotel gives guests a superior level of service and amenities that are unmatched in the market," said Art Buser, a managing director for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.

"San Francisco is a true global financial center and one of the most endearing and cosmopolitan cities in the world. Despite the region's highly publicized economic slowdown, the city is undergoing a substantial turnaround that is fueling renewed growth in this dynamic financial and tourism powerhouse," added Michel Seifer, a managing director for Jones Lang LaSalle in San Francisco. "The hotel's prominent, central downtown location only enhances its desirability given its proximity to the Moscone Convention Center, Union Square, the Financial District and a host of other San Francisco demand generators."
