THE HOTEL DESCRIPTIONS

Le Manoir de L'Etang a manor house, built in the 19th century, is located in the hills behind Cannes, France, in the world-famous village of Mougins, once home to Picasso. This oasis on the Riviera, away from the bustle of the coast line, makes it a perfect place to relax while enjoying good food and beautiful views. Il Lago is the Italian restaurant at Le Manoir de L'Etang where Luigi Fiore, the chef, has prepared a comprehensive menu boasting a wide choice of antipasti dishes, delicious home made pasta as well as fish from the region. High-quality ingredients, sourced from Italy, ensure the authenticity of the cuisine in addition to an extensive selection of well-known Italian wines.

Hotel Beau Site lies in the heart of the Bernese Highlands, Switzerland, at an altitude of 3,750 sq. feet in the midst of a unique 360 degree panorama, 20 minutes from Lake Thun and a short drive from Bern. This very special hotel in a very special setting is a breathtakingly beautiful summer and winter resort destination. The hotel boasts a state-of-the-art Spa with sauna, massages, steam bath and solarium. The gourmet restaurant features a five-course menu of original, traditional cooking with a touch of flair from France and a hint of Italy.

The Dolphin Hotel, a vibrant ub^er-modern hotel, is a terrific marriage of historic building in the heart of Southampton, Hampshire, with an art-inspired fresh approach to bedroom design. It's cool, chic and definitely the place to be seen. "Fruit" is the bar to gaze and graze in, while "Bleu," the bistro restaurant, boasts its very own wine shop and serves simple dishes cooked to perfection - grilled meat and fish - all cooked by a team of skilled chefs. The Dolphin Hotel also boasts first-class meeting facilities.

Lords of the Manor, formerly a 17th century rectory, stands within eight acres of secluded gardens. For generations, the house was the home of the Witts family, historically Rectors of the Parish, and it is from these origins that the hotel derives its distinctive name. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Cotswolds, the picturesque village of Upper Slaughter that has changed very little in the last 200 years. Still retaining many unique characteristics and charms, the Lords of the Manor is ideally located for exploring the magnificent surrounding countryside from the luxury and elegance of an award-winning hotel. The restaurant is renowned for serving the finest food in the county, skillfully using traditional, local produce with modern cuisine. This, combined with an outstanding selection of wines, ensures an experience to savor.

Marwell Hotel is in the heart of Hampshire and surrounded by mature woodlands. You could be forgiven for thinking you were returning to base following a day on safari. Built in a colonial style, the hotel is situated opposite the famous Marwell Zoological Park. Seriously good food awaits guests in the new Zavanna Restaurant and a real buzz in the Zanzibar watering hole. Excellent indoor leisure facilities make this a terrific base for families.

Pinewood Hotel will open its doors next month and is located close to the world famous Pinewood Studios in Iver Heath in Berkshire. The hotel boasts 49 luxuriously-appointed rooms and suites and state of the art conference facilities.
