Colmar Hotels Selects Synergy to Manage Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge
Synergy Hospitality Management, an award-wining independent hotel management company, has been selected by Colmar Hotels LLC to manage the 229-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge located on Chesterbrook Boulevard in Wayne, a bustling suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The addition of this Embassy Suites to the Synergy portfolio highlights the company's long-standing operational expertise for hotels under the Hilton family of hotels, as well as an aligned partnership with ownership.
NOW IS THE TIME, A $14M RENOVATION COMPLETE
This Philadelphia Main Line Hilton hotel has been a recognizable mainstay in the region for some time, and was acquired by Texas-based Colmar Hotels in 2018. With a commitment to the investment, ownership has completed a $14M renovation of the entire facility. Guests that have previously visited the hotel will welcome the bright, spacious and comfortable atrium lobby and large, all-suite guest rooms. On the back of this renovation, Colmar Hotels is bringing a big taste of Texas to Valley Forge by opening a new restaurant, Cool River, Restaurant and Tavern, a Texas originated concept known for its fine dining paired with high-energy bar service. The restaurant is set to begin welcoming guests this summer of 2022, with more details on the opening to be announced.
MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE BROUGHT BY HANDS-ON HOTELIERS
Synergy Hospitality Management will seek to improve the day-to-day operation of the hotel, elevating both the guest and team member experience in working in partnership with the ownership group to realize the highest return potential for the asset.
Set in the heart of the Greater Philadelphia area, the Hotel is ideally located in the prime of Synergy's management profile. With an operational footprint spanning just the Northeast and Midatlantic, Synergy is able to manage in a more hands-on capacity, giving attention to the precise needs of the Hotel, in contrast to some nationally-based management companies, which are often spread too thin to elevate a single hotel.
"We are looking forward to having Synergy managing the hotel with their high standards. The Embassy Suites is committed to giving our guests and corporate customers the highest standard guest experience," states Walter Levy, CEO and President of Colmar Hotels. The last couple of years has changed the hospitality industry in more ways than anyone could have expected, but the expectations of operational excellence has not.
"Our experience has been tested time and time again, but the approach to sales and operations that our team at Synergy brings to our portfolio is unmatched," states Stephen Field, President of Synergy Hospitality Management. The transition period has gone so smoothly, with Synergy bringing a fresh perspective and a values-based style of management, that now the Hotel is primed and ready to hold its position as a top-level competitive hotel in the market.
Field continues, "our ability to drive revenue and profitability all while building positive associate environments will make this Embassy Suites a leader in the market for guests, groups and team members."
