Prior to this he held a variety of positions in front office and operations at Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill.

Peroutseas has a master's degree in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey and postgraduate certificates in Finance and Human Resources from the University of Macedonia, Greece. He holds dual Greek and British citizenship and is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality.

Robert Swade, CEO, Grace Hotels, commented on the appointments: “We are delighted to welcome two accomplished hoteliers to our Greek properties, who not only offer a combined four decades of industry experience, but also an innate understanding of the local community and culture.
