SHR Names Two New Vice Presidents, Plus New Director
SHR, Sceptre Hospitality Resources, a pioneer in advanced hotel distribution technologies and developer of Windsurfer® CRS, announced the promotions of associates Sally Ramos, Dan Edmonds, and Ian Kemp.
Sally Ramos has moved from Director of Implementations to Vice President of Implementation and Consortia Services. In her new position, she will focus on becoming SHR's Implementation Strategist, helping their clients activate SHR services, and finding solutions to streamlining client CRS and Consortia needs. In addition, she will be responsible for executing on SHR services that enhance the hotel guests' experience of service and value, as well as on strategic plans for operational excellence in implementation delivery.

Dan Edmonds has moved from Director of Client Experience to Vice President of Client Success and Support. In this expanded role, Edmonds will be responsible for strategic oversight of both the Client Success and Technical Support teams. This includes implementation of processes to effectively manage and support clients of all sizes, ultimately working in partnership with them to grow their hotel revenues.

Ian Kemp has been promoted to Director of Client Success, succeeding Edmonds in this role, and will be providing support to the Client Success Team with a strong focus on ensuring SHR clients can fully maximize and benefit from their usage of the Windsurfer CRS platform.
