The award-winning Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood - Destin's only restaurant distinguished with the AAA Four Diamond Award rating - has also received a facelift, blending its tradition of excellence in culinary creativity and service with a sophisticated new decor. Best known for its USDA prime steaks and seafood, the 150-seat restaurant's new interior color palette features coastal soft blues, greens, platinum and sandy hues, set in striking contrast to traditional Brazilian cherry and mahogany accents.
Other new design details include a unique fire-and-water element serving as a dramatic welcoming focal point, renovated lounge and a new semiprivate dining room created to showcase Seagar's award-winning 600 label-wine list.
Updates have also been made to the common space of the 400-room Emerald Tower, which houses the deluxe junior suites featuring bunk beds and a separate state-of-the-art media centers for kids. All rooms in the Emerald Tower include balconies with partial- or full-gulf view, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, sitting area with sleeper sofa, premium cable TV, and Lodgenet™ movies and video games.
