January 11, 2013 - The 100-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Gilbert, Arizona is scheduled to open on Friday, January 25, 2013. Located at 3021 East Banner Gateway Drive, the Residence Inn Phoenix Gilbert will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Sunridge Hotel Group of Mesa, Arizona.

Located six miles from Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport and 23 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the Residence Inn Phoenix Gilbert offers its guests convenient access to the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Banner Gateway Medical Center, A.T.
