Foremost Hospitality Brings Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton to Nuremburg
Berlin - 29, March 2012 - Foremost Hospitality is taking on a double project. By the end of 2013 there will be two new hotels in Nuremburg. This project will not only include the Foremost Groups' 9th Holiday Inn Express Hotel, but also their first Hampton by Hilton Hotel. The location, which is owned by the real estate developer GBI AG, who will also act as the development company on this project, was procured by Colliers Hotels, an independently owned and operated affiliate of Colliers International Property Consultants.
Conveniently situated adjacent to Nurnberg's Main Station, the Hampton by Hilton with its 80 rooms and the Holiday Inn Express with its 124 rooms are less than 5 minutes on foot from both the Main Station the City Centre. The city's newest hotels will offer visitors comfortable and contemporary mid-priced accommodation, united with the quality of the both the Hampton Inn by Hilton and the Holiday Inn Express brands.
Both non-smoking hotels will feature their brands signature offerings, with a breakfast area, a bar, a business centre as well as modern amenities in the guest rooms such as flat screen TVs, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and power showers. The Hampton by Hilton will also provide a fitness area for the guests to enjoy. The hotels are designed and styled to appeal to business and leisure travelers, offering best-in-class service and comfort.
Foremost Hospitality and Hilton Worldwide are very optimistic about this joint venture and are pleased to announce that further franchise agreements have been made for Foremost Hospitality to develop Hampton by Hilton hotels in Hamburg and Frankfurt.
The Foremost Group is also continuing to develop Holiday Inn Express hotels in Germany. There are still multiple projects in the pipeline including Holiday Inn Express hotels in Heidelberg, Hannover, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Leipzig.
