Kokua Hospitality to Introduce Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach in Winter 2011
October 19, 2011 - Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Kokua Hospitality, LLC, today announced that the Pali Tower at Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach, the first of two towers being constructed at this property, is expected to open its doors to the public in December 2011, just in time for the holidays.
Diamond Tower, the second building at the property, is slated to complete construction in spring 2012. Located at 175 Paoakalani Avenue, Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach will be the first Hyatt Place introduced to the Hawaii market, combining stylish design and practical amenities with forward-thinking technology and purposeful service.
Travelers hoping to escape the freezing temperatures this winter will appreciate the hotel's ideal location, just steps from Waikiki Beach, one of Hawaii's most renowned recreational beaches. Situated close to the southwest end of the beach, the location offers guests access to the best views and the clearest and warmest water, perfect for surfers. In addition to being a destination location for leisure and business travelers alike, Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach will be the largest Hyatt Place hotel in the country, featuring a total of 426 rooms, 191 in the Pali Tower and 235 in the Diamond Tower.
