AmericInn Opens in Anamosa, Iowa
JUNE 10, 2009 - The national hotel chain AmericInn,(R) announces the opening of a brand-new AmericInn property located at 101 Harley Ave. in Anamosa, Iowa. An official grand-opening celebration is set to take place in August.
Construction for the Anamosa AmericInn began on November 19, 2008, and took seven months to complete. The hotel offers state-of-the art facilities for guests seeking new amenities and quiet room environments. The hotel has 50 guest rooms, including standard rooms with two queen beds or one king bed and a variety of suites that include large family suites, whirlpool suites, two-room suites and a grand master suite that has two rooms, a whirlpool and fireplace. All of the rooms are built according to the AmericInn SoundGuardTM construction method, which reduces room-to-room noise interruptions. The new property also has a relaxing pool area, complimentary hot breakfast service, high-speed Internet access with both wireless and landline connections, a large inviting lobby and a beer and wine bar for guests to enjoy.
The new AmericInn of Anamosa is located near some of the area's most notable landmarks, including the Anamosa State Penitentiary Museum and National Motorcycle Museum. The area is also known for being the home of artist Grant Wood and J&P Cycles, the worlds largest motorcycle parts and accessories company. Therefore, holding true to its surroundings and culture, every room in the Anamosa AmericInn has Grant Wood and/or vintage Harley Davidson artwork.
"We are excited to introduce residents and out-of-town visitors to our beautiful new hotel," said Jason Subbert, district manager of the hotel. "Our property is unique due to classic motorcycle d'ecor, our upscale bedding package and AmericInn SoundGuardTM construction, which offers guests a quality night's sleep."
The AmericInn of Anamosa, along with its franchise partner locations, offers visitors a welcoming place to stay at the end of their busy days. The AmericInn hotel chain is known for its top-notch customer service and quiet room environments due to AmericInn SoundGuardTM construction. The construction process uses masonry block filled with sound-deadening foam, thick drywall and concrete slab floors. Insulated windows, ceilings and corridor walls, solid guest room doors, thresholds, gaskets and sweeps also help minimize noise in AmericInn rooms.
