Forbes Hamilton Assumes Management of Nine Hotels

ORLANDO, FL, December 12, 2006. Forbes Hamilton Management Company has been awarded the management contract for a nine hotel, 2,201 rooms package, Forbes Hamilton President Tom Johnsen announced Tuesday.

"We are pleased to have the opportunity to add these hotels to our portfolio," said Johnsen. "We look forward to rejuvenating the properties with extensive renovations, in addition to providing the necessary support to the on-site hotel management teams that will enable them to provide the level of service that our customers deserve. Forbes Hamilton's plans include strategic sales and marketing activities that, together with the renovations, will position the hotels as a competitive force within their local markets."

The package of hotels, purchased by the Snyder Hotel Group, based in Minneapolis, includes:

---|Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport North, 493 guestrooms;

---|Holiday Inn Atlanta South, Jonesboro, GA, 180 guestrooms;

---|Holiday Inn Airport North, Columbus, GA, 224 guestrooms;

---|new Lexington Hotel Montgomery, AL, formerly the Holiday Inn Montgomery East, 210 guestrooms;

---|Holiday Inn Airport North, Knoxville, TN, 240 guestrooms;

---|Embassy Suites Downtown Minneapolis, MN, 216 guestrooms;

---|Crown Plaza Old Mill, Omaha, NE, 223 guestrooms; and

---|Holiday Inn Northeast, Kansas City, MO, 165 guestrooms.
