KELOWNA / WESTBANK, BC, Canada, August 14, 2006. The new Cove Lakeside Resort will be opening its doors in August 2006 on the shores of Okanagan Lake near Kelowna, British Columbia. The luxury resort offering an unparalleled guest experience will be a unique and exciting addition to the increasingly popular Okanagan region. The Cove Lakeside Resort is managed by Boutique Hotels & Resorts of British Columbia, a premiere management company specializing in upscale hotels, lodges and resorts.
Each of the 150 one, two and three-bedroom suites at The Cove Lakeside Resort have been carefully thought out to capture the spirit of casual living and entertaining. Fully equipped gourmet kitchens complete with wine fridge, soaking tubs, Great Room with Entertainment Centre including a 42" plasma television and DVD player, fireplace and floor to ceiling windows opening on to breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake, promises an unforgettable experience for even the most discerning of travellers.
To complete the experience, the resort will introduce Bonfire. Set to open in late fall, the restaurant will include an outdoor terrace and a menu that celebrates the local Okanagan producers and wineries. For guests looking to relax, rejuvenate and unwind, The Spa at the Cove opening in September, will offer a variety of treatments for individuals and couples to revitalize and restore the body, mind and soul.
